Brood Box (DB 10)

The DB 10 brood box is made from dried pine boards. All knots have been repaired, and the extensions are joined using a finger joint, which is one of the strongest connections. The brood boxes are glued with wood adhesive and reinforced with metal staples. The wood surface of the brood box is finely finished and sanded, ready for painting. The board forming the brood box is 20 mm thick.
